SHIPPING:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

- We ship out all orders within 2-4 business days. The availability of the item(s) or problems of processing credit cards may affect the time rate.

You will receive an email notification with tracking info once your order ships. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@paradigmthelabel.com.

Please allow 3-5 business days, excluding holidays, to receive your order once shipped.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS ALREADY DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

- Your package may have been delivered to a different address. The issue may fall in the hands of the mail carrier and they will have to be contacted to investigate the issue with the tracking information provided with the order.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?

- If you would like to modify your order, please email us at  contact@paradigmthelabel.com. Once your order has been fulfilled for shipping, unfortunately, we cannot go back and change it.


AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

- If an item is listed as sold out, it is unfortunately not available for purchase at that time. If more items are restocked, they will appear in stock on the site and restock notifications will be sent by email so make sure to sign up for alerts.

 

CAN I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

- The discount code must be applied during checkout for it to work.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Orders for sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

A claim for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the style. Please inspect all items upon arrival. Return and exchange requests for non-sale merchandise are accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.

Your package will include an order invoice. Email contact@paradigmthelabel.com your Return Authorization request, noting the invoice number, the style number(s), color(s) and the quantity of the item(s) you are requesting an RA for. We will confirm receipt of your request and contact you ASAP with our response.

If your RA request is approved and we are requesting the merchandise be returned to us, please pack and seal your return merchandise securely.

A pre-paid label will be provided. A $3.99 shipping/return fee will then be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

 If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item once it is sent out due to mishaps that can happen once packages are released into the postal system.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
